The Airport Nouméa-Magenta is situated at 4km from town centre, a 10 minute ride by car. This is the domestic airport offering inland flights. From here flights leave to the Loyalty Islands (Maré, Tiga, Lifou and Ouvéa), the Isle of Pines in the South, in the north of the mainland (Koné).
